Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 2026
1. Overview and Data Controller
Good Bread Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates goodbreadmedia.com and its linked Partners subdomain (together, the "Site"). We act as the data controller for personal information processed in connection with the Site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, the lawful basis for processing it, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable privacy laws.
2. Information We Collect
Browsing the Site does not require account creation or the submission of personal information. The following data may be collected:
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL, collected via our hosting provider (Vercel) as standard server log data.
- Click data: When you click an affiliate link, our server logs the link slug and redirect type to measure performance. We do not associate this data with a personal identity.
- IP address: Captured by Vercel as part of standard server logs. We do not independently store or process IP addresses beyond what Vercel collects.
- Scheduling information: If you book a call through our Free Consultation or Partnerships pages, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, email address, and any notes you provide in the booking form. Calendly shares this information with us so we can prepare for and conduct the call.
- Consent preference: Your cookie consent choice, if applicable, is stored in your browser's local storage (not transmitted to our servers).
3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other GDPR-applicable jurisdictions, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Server log data and aggregate analytics are processed to operate and improve the Site, maintain security, and measure affiliate performance. We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where we deploy optional analytics tools or non-essential cookies, we obtain your consent via the cookie banner before they activate. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract / pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)): When you book a Free Consultation or Partnerships call, we process your scheduling information to perform the consultation you requested.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The Site itself does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies. However:
- Affiliate tracking: When you click an affiliate link and are redirected to a third-party site, that site and/or its affiliate network may set tracking cookies on your device to attribute purchases. This happens on the third party's domain, not ours.
- Scheduling (Calendly): Booking a Free Consultation or exploring a partnership redirects you to Calendly's own booking page, which may set its own cookies to manage the booking flow. This happens on Calendly's site, governed by Calendly's own privacy and cookie policies.
- Analytics (if enabled): We may in the future enable tools such as Google Analytics, which would set cookies to track aggregate site usage. We will update this policy and request consent before doing so.
- Local storage: Where used, your browser's local storage may remember your cookie consent preference. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for a full breakdown.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Site
- To measure affiliate link performance
- To schedule and conduct Free Consultation calls and respond to partnership inquiries
- To maintain the security and technical reliability of the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Third-Party Services and International Transfers
The Site is hosted on Vercel, Inc. (United States). If you access the Site from the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Vercel's data transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
We use Calendly, Inc. to schedule Free Consultation and Partnerships calls. When you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email, and scheduling details under its own privacy policy. See Calendly's Privacy Policy for details.
When you click affiliate links and visit third-party sites, those sites operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review each site's privacy policy before making a purchase.
7. Data Retention
We do not operate an independent database of personal data. Server log data held by Vercel is subject to Vercel's retention schedules (typically 30–90 days for access logs). Scheduling information collected through Calendly is retained only as long as needed to conduct and follow up on your consultation, or per Calendly's own retention practices. Cookie consent preferences, where used, are stored locally in your browser and remain until you clear your browser data.
