Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AAOur Commitment
Good Bread Media LLC is committed to ensuring that goodbreadmedia.com is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Measures Taken
We have implemented the following accessibility features:
- Skip navigation link: A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass navigation and go directly to the page content.
- Semantic HTML: Pages use proper HTML landmark elements, including
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>, and<section>, so screen readers can identify page regions. - ARIA labels: Navigation regions, search inputs, and interactive controls carry descriptive ARIA labels and expanded/collapsed states for assistive technology.
- Focus management: All interactive elements display a visible focus indicator, and the mobile menu toggle exposes its open/closed state via
aria-expanded. - Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds (WCAG AA standard). Our primary teal (#0d9488) achieves a 4.6:1 ratio on white.
- Images: All meaningful images carry descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes.
- Keyboard navigation: All functionality, including the mobile menu and Free Consultation booking flow, is operable via keyboard. No keyboard traps exist on the Site.
- Responsive design: The Site adapts to different screen sizes and supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- No auto-play or flashing content: The Site contains no auto-playing audio, video, or content that flashes more than three times per second.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, the following areas are works in progress:
- Third-party scheduling: Booking a Free Consultation or exploring a partnership redirects you to Calendly's own booking page. Calendly publishes its own accessibility conformance information, but we do not control its implementation directly.
- Partner logos: Partner logos on our linked Partners subdomain may occasionally lack meaningful alt text. We are working to ensure all such images have appropriate text alternatives.
- Third-party sites: When you click an affiliate link, you are taken to a third-party site. We cannot control and are not responsible for the accessibility of those external sites.
